At SiP Society USA LLC, we want you to love every sip. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7‑day return and exchange period starting from the day your order is delivered.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used drinkware

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue and your order number We’ll replace the item at no cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days depending on your bank

Exchanges

If you want to exchange for a different color or design:

  • Submit a request within the 7‑day window

  • Exchanges ship after the original item is returned and inspected
