Shipping policy

We currently ship orders to customers in the United States and Canada.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

United States Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

Canada Shipping

Shipping options and rates for Canadian orders are displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Canadian customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges. These charges are not controlled by Sip Society USA LLC and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses may affect delivery times.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe.
